Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I, based in the Pacific/Mountain Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, and claims in a professional manner
- Analyze and resolve customer service issues while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility preferred
- Proficient in database management and capable of navigating multiple systems
- Ability to meet departmental service metrics and maintain a HIPAA-compliant workstation
- Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
