Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Center Representative to provide customer support regarding insurance inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information to customers about claims, medical billing, and policy-related questions via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze customer information to determine requests and necessary actions
- Create certificates of insurance and assist with payment processing and online payment portals
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of previous full-time customer service experience preferred
- Insurance experience within a multi-line industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products
- Ability to work proficiently in multiple systems
