Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information to customers about claims, medical billing, and policy-related questions via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze customer information to determine requests and necessary actions
  • Create certificates of insurance and assist with payment processing and online payment portals
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of previous full-time customer service experience preferred
  • Insurance experience within a multi-line industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products
  • Ability to work proficiently in multiple systems
