Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Trainee to provide support to Medicare and Medicaid eligible members.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Handle customer service inquiries via telephone and other communication channels
• Document all customer communication clearly and accurately

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to talk and type simultaneously while interacting with customers
