Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Trainee to provide support to Medicare and Medicaid eligible members.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Handle customer service inquiries via telephone and other communication channels
- Document all customer communication clearly and accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to talk and type simultaneously while interacting with customers
