Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 service desk support for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with account access support, including password resets and unlocking accounts
  • Triage inquiries and escalate requests to appropriate IT departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • GED or higher
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience managing multiple systems
  • Experience with thorough documentation of customer interactions
  • Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
