Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 service desk support for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with account access support, including password resets and unlocking accounts
- Triage inquiries and escalate requests to appropriate IT departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
- GED or higher
- At least 1 year of customer service experience managing multiple systems
- Experience with thorough documentation of customer interactions
- Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
