Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
  • Document information in computer systems while researching complex issues across multiple databases
  • Schedule appointments for patients and update demographics as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical environment using phones and computers
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
