Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
- Document information in computer systems while researching complex issues across multiple databases
- Schedule appointments for patients and update demographics as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a medical environment using phones and computers
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Knowledge of medical terminology
