Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a healthcare outreach initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Place high-volume outbound calls to contact eligible individuals and explain healthcare program opportunities
- Use approved talking points to guide conversations, answer questions, and encourage appointment scheduling
- Record call outcomes, update customer information, and maintain accurate notes in the appropriate systems
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar phone-based role
- Ability to manage frequent outbound calling activity while maintaining professionalism
- Strong data entry and documentation skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Reliable home internet service with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for phone-based work and video communication
