Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar phone-based role
  • Ability to manage frequent outbound calling activity while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong data entry and documentation skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Reliable home internet service with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for phone-based work and video communication
