Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (FT- 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones to respond to inquiries from patients, internal departments, and other medical facilities, managing 65-80 calls daily
  • Make outbound calls to patients regarding balances, financial assistance options, and insurance validation
  • Screen and route patient calls to appropriate departments efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • Six (6) months of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Six (6) months of experience using a computer with proficiency and accuracy
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior experience with medical and billing terminology (preferred)
  • Prior experience in healthcare (preferred)
