Job Summary

Customer Service Representative is a remote, full-time position responsible for handling inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examinations, scheduling appointments, and providing program assistance while adhering to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule and reschedule C&P exam appointments and provide general program support
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM/case management system
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
