Job Summary

Customer Service Representative is a remote, full-time position that involves handling inbound calls to assist Veterans with scheduling and rescheduling VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, providing program support, and documenting interactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner while adhering to established guidelines
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments for C&P exams, ensuring all details are confirmed
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM/case management system and follow Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Language: Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
