Job Summary

Customer Service Representative is a remote, full-time position responsible for handling inbound calls related to VA Medical Disability Examinations, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance while adhering to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and schedule C&P exam appointments
  • Provide support for program processes and navigate the Veteran-facing portal
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow established procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
