Job Summary
Customer Service Representative, responsible for handling intricate inquiries related to child support services through inbound calls and chats, working full-time from home, while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve inquiries from custodial and non-custodial parents, legal representatives, and state officials
- Conduct case research, execute financial assessments, and assist with paternity and case initiation
- Document and request actions within the state's system regarding technical problems affecting case processing
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of experience in service delivery, customer service, or call center technology
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Proficiency in data entry and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows programs
- Must reside in San Antonio, TX for consideration
