Job Summary

Customer Service Representative provides full-time support to policyholders and providers by efficiently handling inquiries and resolving issues related to Group Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and deliver excellent customer service for routine inquiries and complex cases
  • Research and analyze inquiries to resolve customer issues using relevant systems and policies
  • Utilize service recovery techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime
  • Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding
