Job Summary
Customer Service Representative provides full-time support to policyholders and providers by efficiently handling inquiries and resolving issues related to Group Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and deliver excellent customer service for routine inquiries and complex cases
- Research and analyze inquiries to resolve customer issues using relevant systems and policies
- Utilize service recovery techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime
- Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection
