Job Summary

Customer Service Representative, a full-time position with paid training and equipment provided, responsible for handling inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries, documenting enrollment requests, and maintaining proficiency in program policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
  • Provide clear and accurate information based on program requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with applicants and co-workers
  • Background and drug screening required
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
