Job Summary

Customer Service Representative, responsible for managing inbound customer communications and providing exceptional support experiences in a full-time hourly position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and service tasks while providing effective solutions
  • Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and follow up on issue resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support departmental service quality goals
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, sales support, or order fulfillment preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Salesforce preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
