Job Summary

Customer Service Representative provides part-time customer service in a virtual call center environment, responding to inquiries regarding insurance policies and performing related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from policyholders, beneficiaries, and agents regarding insurance policies
  • Access and update software system data to provide accurate information on benefits and claims status
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; six months related call center experience preferred
  • Ability to type at least 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
  • Must pass background screening and drug tests
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
  • Timely responses from three professional references required
