Job Summary

Customer Service Representative, seeking a full-time remote professional to assist customers with financial product inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support via inbound calls and email communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and assist with product and account inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience and document interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet daily performance metrics and participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or lending preferred
  • Basic knowledge of loan products and services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
