Job Summary
Customer Service Representative, seeking a full-time remote professional to assist customers with financial product inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support via inbound calls and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with product and account inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience and document interactions in the CRM system
- Meet daily performance metrics and participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Experience in financial services, banking, or lending preferred
- Basic knowledge of loan products and services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
