Job Summary
Customer Service Representative, responsible for delivering high-quality customer service in a full-time remote role by managing relationships with healthcare partners and supporting daily operations of the Remote Delivery program.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the Remote Delivery program, including servicing assigned sites on a scheduled route
- Inventory, deliver, and maintain product PAR levels in each location on a set route schedule
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
