Job Summary

Customer Service Representative, a full-time remote position responsible for reviewing orders, negotiating payment arrangements, and educating customers on account statuses and options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review orders for errors and verify information while making outbound calls as necessary
  • Negotiate and process payment arrangements on customer accounts
  • Document account handling activity accurately on client systems
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Call Center or Collections experience preferred
  • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions
