Job Summary
Customer Service Representative, responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues while providing an excellent customer experience in a full-time remote position based in Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls related to existing orders
- Document issues in Confluence and assist with inquiries from customers and internal departments
- Visit court dockets for case filing information and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems preferred
- Document manipulation experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
