Job Summary

Customer Service Representative, a remote full-time position located in Michigan, is responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, managing high-volume calls, and documenting issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with orders and inquiries
  • Document issues and provide updates to customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Document manipulation experience
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately under stress
