Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will ensure timely and courteous resolution of customer inquiries while documenting detailed information and striving for first-time resolution whenever possible.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, utilizing business English and maintaining accurate electronic notes
  • Interact directly with customers to resolve issues related to health insurance products and services, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines
  • Develop expertise in benefits and eligibility for health insurance plans, providing superior customer service through effective problem-solving and complaint resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in a specialized customer service environment, or two years of college coursework plus one year of relevant experience
  • Ability to pass the company proficiency test: Customer Service Assessment
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
