Job Summary

To ensure timely and courteous resolution of customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage communications, document interactions, and provide support on health insurance products while striving for first contact resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers to resolve inquiries related to health insurance products
  • Document detailed information from customer interactions in compliance with company standards and HIPAA guidelines
  • Utilize product knowledge to address and resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining professionalism at all times
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a specialized customer service environment or two years of college coursework plus one year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Must pass company proficiency test: Customer Service Assessment
