Job Summary

To support post-closing operations, the full-time CSPC Representative I will contact borrowers to obtain necessary documentation and resolve customer service issues while working remotely or in a hybrid schedule if located near Santa Ana, CA, or Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage document re-signs, including wet signatures and collateral resigns
  • Obtain lower-level documentation such as IDs and driver's licenses
  • Resolve customer service issues and escalate matters to legal or corporate when necessary
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and post-closing operations
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Mortgage background preferred
  • Ability to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
