Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer service calls and correspondence related to child support, following established procedures and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and process correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Document all interactions and complete system updates in accordance with contract requirements
  • Handle customer service calls, including those from upset callers, while maintaining professionalism and integrity
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
  • Knowledge of child support policies and payment processing procedures
  • Ability to work independently and manage varied schedules, including overtime if necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
