Job Summary

Providing support for banking inquiries, the full-time Customer Service Representative will assist clients through inbound calls and live chat, resolving issues related to retail, commercial, and online banking while working remotely from Phoenix, AZ.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for banking inquiries and concerns
  • Resolve issues related to bankcard, fraud, forgery, ID theft, and banking policies
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and make appropriate referrals
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of PC-based software
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor in client interactions
