Job Summary

To enhance customer relationships, the full-time Customer Service Representative will engage in inbound and outbound communications, addressing service, scheduling, and billing inquiries while promoting products and services in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer calls and correspondence to resolve inquiries and generate revenue
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
  • Utilize a computerized system for tracking customer needs and troubleshooting issues
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
  • Ability to type 36 wpm preferred
  • Must have a private home office and reliable broadband internet connection
