Job Summary
To enhance customer relationships, the full-time Customer Service Representative will engage in inbound and outbound communications, addressing service, scheduling, and billing inquiries while promoting products and services in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer calls and correspondence to resolve inquiries and generate revenue
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
- Utilize a computerized system for tracking customer needs and troubleshooting issues
Required qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
- Ability to type 36 wpm preferred
- Must have a private home office and reliable broadband internet connection
