Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will manage order processing transactions, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute and manage order processing transactions from entry to delivery commitment
  • Respond effectively to internal and external inquiries regarding orders, product availability, and billing
  • Coordinate with logistics and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or some college education
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service and order processing
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, SFDC, and MS Office preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers
  • Service-oriented with excellent phone and email etiquette skills
