Job Summary

To support patient billing inquiries, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage the resolution of billing concerns, implement collection policies, and assist patients with payment arrangements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Resolve patient billing and third-party payer concerns accurately and timely
  • Interview and counsel patients regarding payment arrangements and charity assistance
  • Post data such as payments and adjustments as needed, ensuring accurate account management
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • One year of previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and collection procedures preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicare reimbursement processes and related regulations
