Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will manage incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers in navigating services, and resolve complex issues while ensuring high-quality customer care.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to identify customer needs and provide assistance
  • Document customer interactions and research complex issues across multiple databases
  • Encourage self-sufficiency in customers while navigating the portal and provide support as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a related customer service or call center environment
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to navigate complex software
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
