Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will manage incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers in navigating services, and resolve complex issues while ensuring high-quality customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to identify customer needs and provide assistance
- Document customer interactions and research complex issues across multiple databases
- Encourage self-sufficiency in customers while navigating the portal and provide support as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related customer service or call center environment
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to navigate complex software
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
