Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hourly Customer Service Representative I will manage incoming inquiries from Members and Providers, utilizing proprietary systems to fulfill requests and coordinate efforts with internal and external partners in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer service inquiries regarding benefits and fulfill requests in a respectful and courteous manner
  • Utilize proprietary systems to address customer inquiries while adhering to defined service standards
  • Act as a liaison among Members, Providers, and Client Representatives to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of related call center experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
