Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hourly Customer Service Representative I will manage incoming inquiries from Members and Providers, utilizing proprietary systems to fulfill requests and coordinate efforts with internal and external partners in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer service inquiries regarding benefits and fulfill requests in a respectful and courteous manner
- Utilize proprietary systems to address customer inquiries while adhering to defined service standards
- Act as a liaison among Members, Providers, and Client Representatives to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of related call center experience
- Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
