Job Summary
Seeking dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives for a full-time remote position, who will manage inbound calls from healthcare providers regarding medical claims, benefits, and prior authorizations, while striving to meet call center metrics and provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from healthcare providers with inquiries on medical claims, benefits, and appeals
- Handle an average of 50+ calls daily while navigating multiple applications
- Resolve customer complaints through effective problem-solving and one-call resolution
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- A dedicated workspace with no distractions is required
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus
