Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product information, and technical support, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, identify issues, and work diligently to resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction
  • Build rapport with customers by demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Basic customer service and phone handling experience
  • Minimum of 100-megabyte internet speed for remote work
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and proficiency in typing and data entry
  • Ability to work a set schedule with flexibility for additional hours as needed
