Job Summary

Responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, the full-time Customer Service Representative I will serve as a direct point of contact for customers, assisting with information requests while working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities
  • Responds to customer inquiries via calls or written correspondence
  • Documents all inquiries and maintains knowledge of online reference information
  • Prioritizes workload and adapts to changes while meeting production and quality expectations
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Program training as required
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
