Job Summary
Responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, the full-time Customer Service Representative I will serve as a direct point of contact for customers, assisting with information requests while working remotely or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries via calls or written correspondence
- Documents all inquiries and maintains knowledge of online reference information
- Prioritizes workload and adapts to changes while meeting production and quality expectations
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Excellent data entry skills
- Program training as required
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
