Job Summary

To support a dynamic call center environment, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries through various channels, resolve issues, and promote WM products while handling a high volume of contacts daily.

Key responsibilities
  • Field customer service inquiries and provide one-call resolutions while demonstrating active listening and ownership of issues
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services while assisting customers with service changes, cancellations, and billing inquiries
  • Meet or exceed established service and operational standards, including attendance, quality, and productivity goals
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including potential Saturday shifts
  • Willingness to complete 7 weeks of virtual training
