Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound service inquiries related to claims, enrollment, billing, and benefits, ensuring exceptional service satisfaction without any cold calling.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve service inquiries for claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy through inbound calls
  • Utilize the service recovery process to assist members in complex situations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of health plan and claims processes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing operational environment
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Experience in identifying process improvements and providing peer feedback
