Job Summary

To support a growing customer service team, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound inquiries regarding claims, enrollment, billing, and benefits, ensuring exceptional service satisfaction and effective service recovery.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve service inquiries for claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy via telephone
  • Utilize the service recovery process to assist members in complex situations
  • Participate in continuous learning and knowledge development to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in delivering high-quality service to customers
  • Advanced multitasking and time management skills
