Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, providing scheduling assistance and general program support during assigned shifts from 4 AM PST to 10 PM PST, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, adhering to established guidelines
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments while confirming necessary details and next steps
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
