Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from Veterans regarding their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, providing assistance, scheduling, and resolving inquiries while adhering to established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to established guidelines
- Schedule and reschedule C&P exam appointments, confirming necessary details and next steps
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM/case management system and follow Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
