Job Summary
Providing support and assistance to patients, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage incoming and outbound calls regarding self-pay balances, review patient accounts receivable, and post payments while working remotely during normal business hours in Eastern Standard Time.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with inquiries related to self-pay balances through calls
- Review assigned patient accounts to determine next steps based on procedures
- Post patient payments and adjustments as required
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months of medical experience preferred
- One year of customer service and accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
