Job Summary

Providing support and assistance to patients, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage incoming and outbound calls regarding self-pay balances, review patient accounts receivable, and post payments while working remotely during normal business hours in Eastern Standard Time.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist patients with inquiries related to self-pay balances through calls
  • Review assigned patient accounts to determine next steps based on procedures
  • Post patient payments and adjustments as required
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Six months of medical experience preferred
  • One year of customer service and accounts receivable experience
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
