Job Summary

Providing essential support to applicants and beneficiaries, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program, ensuring accurate documentation and information delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in a web-based system
  • Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program policies and provide clear, objective information to clients
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and quality monitoring processes
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Capability to problem-solve through analysis and feedback
  • Background and drug screening required
