Job Summary

To support the Inside Loan Agent Division, the full-time Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls to engage with potential customers regarding home loan refinancing and new mortgage loans while working remotely on a schedule that includes early start times and weekend rotations.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via email and outbound calls to establish rapport and gather financial information
  • Educate customers and loan officers about the mortgage loan process and set realistic expectations
  • Input data into the system and appropriately manage customer files based on their interest in proceeding with a loan
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is preferred
  • Passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals
