Job Summary
To support the Inside Loan Agent Division, the full-time Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls to engage with potential customers regarding home loan refinancing and new mortgage loans while working remotely on a schedule that includes early start times and weekend rotations.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via email and outbound calls to establish rapport and gather financial information
- Educate customers and loan officers about the mortgage loan process and set realistic expectations
- Input data into the system and appropriately manage customer files based on their interest in proceeding with a loan
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is preferred
- Passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals
