Job Summary

Seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative, the hybrid remote position will manage communication with customers and vendors, schedule services, and resolve issues while providing administrative support to the department.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Schedule estimates, inspections, and new services while resolving customer service issues
  • Participate in team meetings and training programs, supporting the development of new employees
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to commute to the corporate office in Lodi, CA as needed
  • Consistent access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection for remote work
  • Physical ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
