Job Summary
Seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative, the hybrid remote position will manage communication with customers and vendors, schedule services, and resolve issues while providing administrative support to the department.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Schedule estimates, inspections, and new services while resolving customer service issues
- Participate in team meetings and training programs, supporting the development of new employees
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to commute to the corporate office in Lodi, CA as needed
- Consistent access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection for remote work
- Physical ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
