Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Service Representative will address and resolve customer inquiries, manage high-volume phone calls, and document issues remotely while being located in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with order placements and inquiries
- Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Document manipulation experience and ability to maintain accuracy under stress
