Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, and manage high-volume phone calls while working remotely from Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing orders
  • Document issues in Confluence and follow up with process servers to ensure order completion
  • Visit court dockets for information on case filing and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
  • Experience with document manipulation and ability to transcribe information accurately
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations
