Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage high-volume communications in a remote setting while located in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing orders
  • Document issues in Confluence and assist with inquiries from customers and internal departments
  • Visit court dockets for information on case filings and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Document manipulation experience and ability to implement new processes
