Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer service, the remote Customer Service Representative will address and resolve customer inquiries, manage high-volume phone calls, and document issues while ensuring a smooth order process for clients located in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with their orders and guide new customers on placing orders online
- Document issues in Confluence and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Document manipulation experience and ability to implement new processes effectively
