Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage high-volume communications while working remotely from South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls related to existing and new orders
  • Document issues in Confluence and assist with inquiries from customers and internal departments
  • Visit court dockets for information on case filings and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Technology-driven with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems
  • Document manipulation experience and ability to transcribe information accurately
  • Ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
