Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer support, the remote Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, and manage high-volume communications while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing and new orders
- Document issues in Confluence and follow up with process servers to ensure order completion
- Visit court dockets for information on case filings and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Technology-driven with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems
- Document manipulation experience and ability to transcribe information accurately
- Ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
