Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Representative, the entry-level candidate will respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, assist with onboarding, and provide technical and billing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer questions through chat, email, and telephone calls
- Assist in onboarding and educating customers throughout their journey
