Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage phone calls and emails from participants, providing assistance with account inquiries, claims, and benefits management in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding account balances, claims, and support issues
  • Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
  • Maintain high levels of customer service by fostering positive relationships with clients and participants
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
  • Experience in benefits management (CDH and COBRA knowledge) is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with the Alegeus system is preferred
  • Availability to train for 3-4 weeks, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm EST
